This year's theme for Nutrition Month at the LBPSB is all about nourishing your body - mentally, physically, and emotionally!
Choosing what to eat and drink is a big part of staying healthy. Nutrition and food choices affect our physical, mental, and emotional health. The nutrients found in different foods contribute to our physical health by controlling energy levels, supporting red blood cell production, and increasing muscle strength. These nutrients also influence our mood and emotions.
